This is nothing new...just a successful attempt by a blogger to get some attention by re-using an old story. I remember seeing articles about the same thing only with XP instead of Vista a few years back. It was why Dell started offering Ubuntu. (I used to work for Dell)
Well yes, there's always a kernel of truth in almost any message. The problem is that kernel is normally wrapped in spin, stupidity and lies, normally to the point were the original "truth" is completely lost. When you get guys like savage pulling numbers out of their ass in order to support a point, you know that kernel was long since crapped out.
Suckle the sweat glands of the person next to you.
Awesome article. I could really not agree more, I love the App store, and there is some great stuff there, but Apple is just ruining it in some ways... Devs need to be able to put out fast updates, and Apple has to "review" them. The background processes kills things I love like themes, and MobileScrobbler. Emulators are fun, and no way those will ever be in the App store... Those are some of the many reasons why I Jailbroke 2.0 on my iPod, and I am loving it.
Yay! Now tell me what the man with the hairy back from the Pixies album Come on Pilgrim is doing now! I really want to know! Does he like techno too? Wow! Very exciting stuff.
I was certain that this would be an article about Dr. Manhattan leaving the US...
