ugh, so instead of people quietly tapping keys next to you in the bus or train they'd be talking instead. and the worst part is text messages are usually worse in terms of content than when people actually care enough to talk about something in person.
To be honest there is no real regulation. This is a first amendment issue. If the MPAA rating system isn't mandatory then neither should the video game rating system. Both are forms of entertainment. Many people don't seem to know that the movie rating system is 100% voluntary. This law will not survive the constitution test like all the others before it.
