Absolute, private education It's just another way in which religion is screwing us. If the powers that be were to come out and say we have been visited by aliens and such, then the religious theories around the globe would be shot to hell. Imagine how ***** would hit the fan when all these people found out their lives were based on lies. So until the government or whoever can no longer cover it up, they will never admit to the existence of life beyond earth because their religion is too precious.

If Canonical can overcome this challenge, then maybe they have a shot. We'll probably see hardware OEMs invest heavily in developing their own Linux distros in a focused manner, so this reality could easily change in the not-too-distant future.
