I'd rather see fuel-cell vehicles, aka an actual change in our energy source.

This is so sad but true, why bring children into this world if they will live in such a horrible country?
You only hear about twitter because of all of its issues. There are a number of "large" sites that run RoR with no issues. A really lousy coder wielding PHP can make a ***** of a site that has more downtime that twitter.
My first thought was "big bunny" from Honey I blew up the baby"
All great games... but FF III should have been first. Thats one of the greatest games of all time. Ok actually they all are... but thats the greatest of the greatest.
Is anyone really surprised, these bailouts are nothing new. By letting the market participants decide, we create these bailouts. For a long time, corporations were afraid of the power of the US government and the deep pockets of our tax dollars. Then under Reagonomics, it was discovered siphoning tax dollars off to corporate profits was a great way to tap a new resource. The whole fear based idea of a failing industry was born. Airlines, oil, military and on and on began to threaten mass layoffs and unless favorable legislation that benefited a few was passed. So, instead of our government providing a public service, we now provide a corporate subsidy. Toll roads, day use fees, tax increases, etc. now cover the costs of what was once a function of government funded by tax revenues. Why pay for a new road, new factory, new runway when the public will under the approval of Congress. Congresspersons who don't support public funding for for-profit projects don't get the jobs that come with these projects. The market participants who are heralded as the answer are the same people who are screwing the American taxpayer. It is not legislation that causes these problems but the lack of any accountability for those who make the bad decisions. Wanna see you influence continue to shrink in this country, keep giving corporate America more power. How much are we spending in Iraq for massive corporate profits? The problem with the market deciding is they only decide for a few. The only people who lose are those who have no access to any supposed representative. The only thing new here is we are paying on the downside instead of just the upside of projects. If the FanMae and FredMac decision makers can't make good decisions they should not leave with millions in the bank. I bought a house I could afford cause I can do math and my tax dollars continue to go to those who can't cover their bottom line?
teehehehehehe That is so true. We suck!
